Grass-Finished means beef from cows that ONLY ever ate grass and forage. The Gehrke Farm produces grass-fed & finished beef.
Beef you see labeled Grass-Fed in the store may not be Grass-Finished and won’t have the same health benefits as purely Grass-Finished Beef.
